Please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org to know the exact price of the discs for your car
All EBC discs are cast from a 150N/m2 strength material with a tightly controlled surface hardness variation of less than 20HB and precision CNC machined to a surface tolerance of less than 0.05mm. This is 2000 of 1 inches /2.5 cm. For this reason EBC recommends a maximum disc rotor of 0.1mm or .004 inch(4000) TIR which means a full gauge reading on a centesimal comparator.
Choose between EBC's smooth unmachined discs or sport discs between these two versions:
-GD Series Pre-drilled and scored Discs (Groove Disc)
-Ultimax USR ultra-silent scratched discs (Ultimax sloted rotor)
Please make your choice before purchasing.
Experience has taught us that in sports cars, SUVs and faster touring cars the GD series and the sound of the air go virtually unnoticed, making the GD series your preferred choice.
If your goal is quiet, high-performance braking for a high-end car or for a more discreet one, then go for the USR series.
EBC also attaches importance to the fact that the disc must be mounted on a hub that is free of dirt from dust, rust and impurities and that lubricants and greases with copper or molybdenum are not used. These contain abrasive particles that can cause a similar effect as if we have impurities and particles in the bushing.
When we change the discs it is essential that we change the brake pads with new ones.
In any braking system the pads are just as important as the new disc and if it is not replaced with new components this can lead to a safety problem.
