Place of Delivery
Products purchased in our online store will be sent to the address you indicate during your purchase in Spain, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, Italy and France. Deliveries are made by the DHL company for Spain, and UPS, DHL, FedEx or TNT for outside Spain.
The usual delivery times for products in stock are:
Spain Mainland > 24-48 hours
Baleares, Ceuta and Melilla > 48 hours
Canary Islands > 5-7 days
Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Italy, France > 3-5 days
If a product is not in stock, it will be indicated in the product information, with delivery times being between 5-7 days.

Delivery costs will be indicated at the time of purchase, depending on the delivery destination and the goods to be shipped. Delivery is free of charge for all purchases over €450 in Spain Peninsula and Balearic Islands, and over €800 for other countries.
Issues during delivery
All products are shipped in perfect condition. If there is the slightest trace of impact on the packaging or the product (holes, traces of crushing etc.), it may have been damaged during transport. To prevent problems with returns, where appropriate, it is important to reject the package and/or notify both us and the logistics company on the same day of delivery or the first business day after delivery, so that we can send an identical product without any charge.
